Sorry for the very late post! We’ve both working a lot this week, and my first round of in-laws are in town from Ohio. I said to my husband the other night that I feel like I’ve barely cooked all week. Some really great things have been happening on the job front and around the house, though, so I think it’s a valid excuse 🙂

• purple, jalapeno, cubanelle peppers
• swiss chard
• zucchini
• onions & garlic
• cucumber
• white potatoes
• eggplant

Since school is coming up just after Labor Day, I am trying to start getting back into the routine of meal planning and shopping only once a week (being off of school has spoiled me!) This week, we’re also keeping the house neat for our next round of guests – Mike’s grandma & stepgrandma.
